Hi I would like to know if the Ringneck kills budgie If I put them together

Yes, it is very likely that the larger bird will kill the budgie. You should never mix larger and smaller parrots. In general, it’s best to not mix species at all. There can be exceptions, but when one bird is much larger with a stronger beak, he can badly injure or kill a smaller bird just by playing with it. These species were never intended to mix, so please keep them apart from each other.
