The LafeberVet 2.0 site has a number of advanced search features that we hope you’ll find helpful as you look for information to help your patients.
Search
Because we have amassed so many great articles on exotic animal medicine, we wanted to make it as easy as possible to find what you’re looking for quickly. To that end, there are multiple quick ways to get to the information you need.
- Search – Simply put in a term in the upper right search field (there’s one in the footer too) and get your results.
- Refine – The search result will give you a long list, but you have the option at this point to further filter those results, by checking off the boxes to the left. Didn’t realize that we had so many articles on rabbits? Now you can refine that search by ophthalmology.
- By Topic or Species – The navigation links across the top and the species section pages take you directly to the term you’re interested in (parrot) or articles that have combined terms (avian emergency medicine). All of these take you to the same kinds of search results where you can then refine things further.
- Type of article – Just want to see videos or get to the basic information sheets? The links under Resources will get you there. Looking for presenting problem articles? Go to the emergency medicine page. You can also see what kind of article it is in the search result list.

Shopping cart access is applied manually after verifying credentials, and may take 2-3 business days. Please call Customer Service at 800-842-6445 for urgent orders. If you are a U.S.-based veterinarian, veterinary hospital, or veterinary student in a participating Student Program school, but do not have shopping cart access please contact us.
Who can see product prices?
Login to see prices if you are a U.S.-based veterinarian, veterinary hospital, or veterinary student in a participating Student Program institution with online store access. Shopping cart access is applied manually and can take 2-3 business days. If these parameters apply to you, but you do not have shopping cart access, please contact us.

Orders placed after 3 pm will not ship until the next business day.

How do I save or print LafeberVet content?
To save as a portable document file (PDF) or print (if absolutely necessary) a LafeberVet article, go to the SHARE toolbar at the right side of the page. Select the PRINT option at the top of the menu, then save your file. This same toolbar allows you to share these articles with your followers on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+.
Why can’t I see product prices?
Although all registrants can explore Lafeber Product information, the prices apply only to veterinarians in the United States that are registered to shop in the Online Store.
United States:
