Parrot caregivers want nothing more than to make their birds happy. Yet some of the most common expressions of love\u2014sharing favorite foods, offering unlimited shoulder privileges, encouraging cuddling, or overlooking seemingly harmless behaviors like exploring dark spaces\u2014can unintentionally contribute to screaming, biting, territoriality, excessive pair bonding, and other behavior challenges. The good news is that these challenges are often preventable and reversible.
