\nDr Kirk Klasing est professeur au D\u00e9partement de Sciences Animales<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Californie \u00e0 Davis. Dr Klasing a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un Ph.D. en biochimie nutritionnelle \u00e0 Cornell en 1982, et a depuis ce temps obtenu une reconnaissance mondiale dans ce domaine. Ses domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat en recherche se concentrent sur la relation entre le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, la croissance et la reproduction, ainsi que sur l\u2019impact de la di\u00e8te d\u2019un animal sur la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire. Son laboratoire explore \u00e9galement les diverses strat\u00e9gies immunitaires et nutritionnelles des animaux carnivores, nectarivores, herbivores et granivores.
