Dr. Nicholas Crossland<\/strong> est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du Coll\u00e8ge Am\u00e9ricain des Pathologistes V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires (American College of Veterinary Pathologists). Il est actuellement en post-doctorat et \u00e9tudiant en PhD au Tulane National Primate Research Center (Centre de recherche national en primatologie de Tulane) <\/a> \u00e0 Covington, Louisiana. Ses recherches se concentrent sur Borrelia burgdoferi<\/em> et ses m\u00e9canismes de persistance dans les tissus h\u00f4tes utilisant des mod\u00e8les de primates non-humains, rats et souris. Nick a obtenu une Licence en Science Animale \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Kansas State puis un dipl\u00f4me de Docteur en M\u00e9decine V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire avec grande distinction. Dr. Crossland a aussi effectu\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s une r\u00e9sidence d\u2019anatomo-pathologie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire de Louisiana State en 2016. Au cours de sa r\u00e9sidence, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9 \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de cas d\u2019animaux exotiques qui lui ont permis de d\u00e9velopper sa passion pour ce domaine.
