Dr. Scott is the author of Raptor Medicine, Surgery, and Rehabilitation<\/a> and The Red Tailed Hawk: A Surgical Dissection<\/a>. He is also a software engineer and has developed the RaptorMed<\/a> medical records software system, specifically designed for the medical management and husbandry of all types of animals. This software has been used at rehabilitation centers, aquariums, and for permanent collections all over the world.
