1. What type of gift cards does Lafeber offer?
 
We offer e-gift cards that will be emailed to requested recipients within minutes of purchase. Please note that our e-gift cards are only redeemable at lafeber.com.
 
2. How do I check my e-gift card balance?
 
To check your e-gift card balance, please go here and you will be able to check your balance by entering your gift card number.
 
3. Will my e-gift card expire?
 
Your e-gift card will not expire.
 
4. What if I want to return a product that I purchased with an e-gift card?
 
If you are returning a product that was purchased with an e-gift card, then the return process will be handled as outlined in Shipping & Returns Q & A. Refunded amounts will be credited back to your e-gift card. This includes any amount performed via split-payment with a credit/debit card.
 
5. Can I purchase an e-gift card with another e-gift card?
 
Unfortunately you cannot. 
 
6. How do I use my e-gift card?
 
As noted above, this e-gift card is only redeemable at lafeber.com. When you are ready to finalize your order, there will be a section in the cart where you will be able to enter your gift card number before proceeding to checkout at the Apply Coupon or Gift Card sections. Also, you will be able to add your gift card number in the Promo Code section at checkout to apply your e-gift card balance.
 
Please note that if you have multiple e-gift cards with balances, you can apply multiple in a single order. If you have a remaining balance that the e-gift card cannot cover, you will be able to utilize a credit/debit card to pay the remaining balance.
 
7. I lost my e-gift card number, how can I get the card number back?
 
If you lost your e-gift card email that contains your e-gift card number, please contact contact customer service via email [email protected] or phone 800-842-6445 and we will be happy to re-send the email or provide the card number over the phone.

1. Where does Lafeber Company ship to?

Currently, we ship to all customers in the U.S. 

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

3. What shipping methods are available?

All orders will ship UPS unless the shipping address is a PO box or outside the continental U.S. In this case, please choose USPS as the shipping method. Please note, USPS does not guarantee delivery times and Lafeber is not responsible for delivery dates.

4. When will my order ship?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. It can take a few business days to process your order and when your shipping label is printed, you will receive a second email with a tracking link. This link will provide the most accurate time frame for delivery! Please keep in mind that standard shipping is 5-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

5. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

6. How can I change my shipping address?

If you haven’t received a tracking email:

Please email [email protected] with your order number and new address as soon as possible! Although our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we will try our best to process your request!

If you have received a tracking email:

Unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You can try contacting USPS directly to intercept the package.

7. Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes, you can return your order under the Lafeber Company Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason, simply return the product for full product refund. Returns are applicable only for USA orders.

9. How do I edit or cancel my autoship order?
 
You can check the status of your autoship order here. Navigate to the “Scheduled Orders” tab in My Account to easily access your ongoing autoship items. From there, you can conveniently manage tasks such as updating payment details, pausing, canceling, or modifying  your autoship as needed. Additionally, a visible date will serve as a reminder for the final opportunity to make adjustments or cancel your autoship order.
