Product Description

One sure way to perk up your Amazon, African grey, or Pionus is to open a bag of Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries; its wholesome seeds and grains mixed together with pieces of real apricots, dates, and tangy cranberries will certainly get your parrot’s full attention. You’ll like that they also have 30% pellets.

Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries combine fresh ingredients, hulled seeds, and essential vitamins and minerals rolled together to offer all the nutrition of pellets, plus all the benefits and fun of foraging. Instead of grinding down the ingredients into a pelleted form, the ingredients in Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries are left mostly whole to give your bird the flavors and textures pelleted diets lack. And, unlike vitamin- and mineral-fortified seed mixes that lose their health benefits once the bird cracks open the seed, Nutri-Berries are made with hulled seeds and grains; each berrie is then coated with essential vitamins and minerals to ensure that your bird receives balanced nutrition in each bite.

Best Ever Parrot Food
I have been feeding my African Greys Lafeber Nutri Berries for several years, more than I can recall. Prior to that, I'd been feeding them another parrot food, and they had grown tired of it after only a year. They immediately flew to the Original Nutri Berries, picked them up and started eating. No hesitation, just "chomping away" and eating all in the dishes (they each have their own). Since then, I've given them all the various flavors, and they love them all. So very glad I found you and Nutri Berries!

Sunny Orchard Nutriberries Favorites for my Caiques and Amazon
I have never seen a product get such a reaction from my Amazon and Caiques. They gobble up these nutriberries like children gobble up chocolate chip cookies. However the nutriberries are healthy options for parrots!

It’s amazing how easy it was to change a bird feed seeds its whole life to lafeber
I’m an ER veterinary technician of 26yrs. and I have had the luxury of working with birds. Through different client situations I have 3 parrots that were surrendered during my career. I have ALWAYS first worked with a birds diet. My double yellow head and 2 African Greys all came with seed diets. I’m talking 12-17 years of nothing but seed. Lafeber made the transition very easy. All 3 now eat Lafeber. My only concern/ suggestion would be to change the name of Avicakes. From everything I have learned the Avicakes are more sustainable as a daily diet than the nutriberries . Everyone says the fact they are called cakes may hold some people back from purchasing?

Dr.
If you love and care for your companion animals, then there is only one product to trust--anything made by Lafeber. The folks at Lafeber obviously care and love our avian family members. Their products are outstanding. If you call them, you are treated with respect and with concern about your birds and your questions. Really, there are very few companies today that still treat their customers like family. Most companies today are faceless corporations that are only concerned about profit. By the way, my cockatiel has been eating Lafeber products now for 32 years. yes, 32 years. Thank you Dr. Lafeber for helping to keep my Sandy healthy, strong and youthful!

ER surgical Technician for animal ER
I am an animal ER veterinary technician. I have been in the field 25 year. I had the privilege of working for a master wildlife rehabilitator. 65% of our clients were birds. I personally have 3 parrots of my own from relinquished owners . 1 DYH and 2 Africa Greys. All arrived eating seed 🤦‍♀️. All 3 took to nutriberries very quickly and their feathers improved very quickly. Their personalities changed within months and their health showed significant improvements within one year . Thank you

Kiki says “very good”
This is my first order of this product and my African grey loves these berries! He speeds to his feed dish when he sees me open the bag. Not his usual reaction to the pellets and seed cakes I usually feed!

My Amazon and Grey LOVE their Nutriberries - the original and all the fruit and vegetables versions! I give them 2 different Nutriberries with their dinner eery day, and also as treats. The Nutriberries disappear like magic, and I know that they are eating very healthy food! My birds have eaten Lafeber pellets, nutriberries, etc. for many years and are healthy because of this great food!
