  1. I’m really looking forward to joining in on Nov. 10,2023. I just adopted a Congo that has been through some real trauma. She was owned by a man who died in the home in front of the bird cage of an aneurysm. He wasn’t found for at least 10 days. Aussie and a dog were stuck in the house for the 10+ days. Luckily Aussie’s cage door was open and she found a bag of wild birdseed and that’s what she ate. I believe this is what kept her alive. She was rescued by bird rescue in MI and I adopted her from there just last week. I want to do everything I can to give her the best life.
