This article gave some great suggestions on self care and bird care. I give my parrot fresh water every morning and now I will start giving him fresh water in the evening. I have been using bird safe cleaning products because they are safer for me too. I would love to go to bed earlier, but my upstairs neighbor is very noisy until around 11pm, so that is a problem for me and my parrot. Again thanks for the tips.
