i found a baby ababil bird that has fallen out of its nest

so tonight i found a baby ababil bird out of its nest, its eye are open and it cant seem to fly, i put the baby bird in a box outside near the nest.

This is the right thing to do. If you can’t reach the nest, put the box as close as to the nest as possible. Try to watch and see if the parents are taking care of the baby. Here is some more information:
