Cock bird has escaped

Chicks are 4 weeks old and the dad has escaped. Will the hen manage the 2 chicks on her own or do I need to support her?

I’m sorry the male flew away. You didn’t mention the species, but at 4 weeks, the chicks are probably nearly independent. With just 2, the hen should be OK with them.
