HELP!

I saved a small sparrow from being eaten by some dogs, and when I picked it up, I saw that it had a wound on its side. How and how much do I administer amoxicillin to this tiny bird?

You should not try to give the bird anything. You need to contact a wildlife center or a wildlife rehabilitator. I understand you want to help it, but most wildlife dies when a person tries to administer liquids or gives it the wrong food. The best way to help it is to turn it over to an expert.
