Nutriberrues expiration

Are nutriberrues safe to feed past date at all if stores closed tight in their bag in dark kitchen cupboard ?

Hi,

While they aren’t going to hurt your birds, the nutrition could be compromised. If a bag tends to last too long, it’s best to store the food in the freezer, not the refrigerator, and only take out what you need for about a week at a time. We still can’t guarantee nutrition beyond the expiration date, however, but they are more likely to remain fresher than if store at room temperature.
