Hi ! I have seen you answer on why parrot droops black poop, my question is how to stop that? Should I start any treatment? And if you kindly share how much fruits or seeds to provide? Thanks in advance.

If your bird has black droppings, this is usually a sign of serious illness and you need to take it to an Avian Vet. We can’t possibly know why or recommend any treatment.

Greens, fruits, veggies and healthy table foods should only be about 20% of the daily diet. Fruit should be offered in moderation unless the bird is a fruit eater in the wild.
