Do conure Grieve For The Loss Of A Companion

Answer:

Hi,

Yes, they do. Some grieve for longer than others. Give the bird extra treats and maybe some new toys. Give him plenty of attention. If he isn’t tame, just talk to him often. Generally he should be OK after a couple of weeks at the most, but again it depends on the bird and how bonded he was with the companion.
