Lovebirds

My male bird died suddenly then about 2 hours later the female bird died what could have been the cause looked healthy and ate good and flew around the house?

I am sorry for our loss. Usually when birds die this quickly, it is due to an airborne toxin. Most strong fumes can kill a bird. But there are some things you may not think of. The plug in type air fresheners can kill a bird. Many cleaning products, smoke from the kitchen, some cookware. You may want to google airborne toxins for birds to try to figure it out.
