Scarlet macaw die when she just 4 months

Hi i bought a scarlet macaw in Singapore. birds shop and now the birds dies after 3 weeks when we bring her home. We sent her to post mortem and result is back. I’m not a vet but i have given to an vet to explain to us. She was die because of her heart swollen ,and organ not healthy. Please reply me as i can provide you the report of post mortem if you can explain to me. I do not believe is a bird can get sickness so suddenly organ failure by 3 weeks.

I am very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately we can’t give out medical advice, even with something like this. The best thing to do is discuss this with the Vet and the bird store. The Vet should have checked for viruses that are likely to affect a young bird. It could be that the bird had a virus when you got it. But again, we can’t speculate on something like this.
