Budgie safe adhesive

What are safe glues to use to make budgie toys? Or is there a home made adhesive recipe you are aware of? I’ve read that certain glues are safe after drying but the sources aren’t reliable, just other people stating it. Same thing with the home made recipes of flour, gelatin, and water- not from a trusted source! Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. My budgie and I thank you!

There aren’t any that are labeled as bird safe, but Lisa Bono did discuss this in one of our recent webinars:

A homemade glue with flour & water should also be safe but of course let it dry so as not to glue the bird! LOL
