I had the flu. Now my peach face lovebird is really sick. Just sleeping. Dis he get this from me. Is he dying. How can I help him. He is 23 years old. I have had him since birth.

I’m so sorry your lovebird is sick. Birds do not catch the type of flu that humans get. At 23, your bird is very old, so this may be age related. You would need to take him to an avian vet to find out what is going on.
