sexing love birds

Hello we were given 6 adult love birds how do i go about sexing them

Hi,

You will need to have a DNA test run on each bird to determine the sex. You can ask your Vet if they offer this service. Regardless of what some people may tell you, there is no way to tell a lovebird’s gender without a DNA test. Any other method is basically a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
