Egg white

Is it okay to feed hard boiled egg white to my 19yr old quaker parrot 2 or 3 times a week, just small pieces.

Yes, it’s okay to feed a little hardboiled egg a few times per week as long as it’s not a large portion and it’s truly hardboiled.
