So my bird I believe pooped black? It was really dried tho and I only just came back from school. But after I saw him poop green I’m not sure if my bird has to drop more black in order to tell if there’s something wrong with him. Also does bird poop when RESLLY dry turn black ? Or a dark color?

You didn’t mention the species, but it sounds like you might have a parakeet? Their poop can be very dark green sometimes, to the point that it looks black. If you smudge it on a white paper towel, you can see it is actually green. So yes, if it was dry, it can look black. If the poop looks normal now, and the bird is normal, active & eating well, then I wouldn’t worry about it. If he seems lethargic and most poops are black, then you need to take him to a Vet.
