Cleaning

I need to clean a very dirty house (been unable to clean due to health issues). Can you provide me a list of what I can use? I can’t re-locate my budgie to another place and I can’t afford help. It is going to be an uphill battle, but, I have to get it done.

Answer:

Hi Denise,

White vinegar and baking soda makes a great cleaner. Sprinkle the baking soda and when you spray it with vinegar it makes a foaming cleaner. Otherwise, stick to natural cleaners and don’t use anything with strong fumes. Fumes of any kind can be toxic to birds. You can Google specific cleaners to find out if they are safe. Diluted bleach can also be used.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
