Death of cockatiel

I had a cockatiel.We bought it home 4 days before it dies. she was fine and active but the next day she did no open her eyes and was not moving. She died after a few hours. What could have happened

It sounds like she may have been sick when you got her, even if she acted OK. Can you tell if she was eating and drinking? The best thing to do is contact the place where you got her and let them know and ask if they will give you another bird. I’m sorry this little one died.
