Freezing lafeber product

Hi.

I have read that someone asked a question if he or she can freeze nutri-berries, and your answer was “yes”.

I’d like to ask the same question about other product, maybe just to make sure.

Concerning pellets and other fortified food, I’m always afraid that, once the package is opened, the food (especially the oil in the food) is going to be oxidated and deteriorate rather quickly. So, I’m planning to repackage lafeber’s pellets, pelletberries, nutriberries, and avicakes into small plastic bags (preferably with desiccant and/or oxygen absorber) and freeze them in freezer (not refrigerator).

So, I’d like to know if I can freeze not only nutriberries but other lafeber’s products.

Yes, you can freeze all of our diets to keep them fresher. I generally take out about 2 week’s supply at a time. The food is not likely to lose nutrients or quality when kept at room temperature as long as the container or package is closed tightly, but storing it in the freezer will definitely keep it fresh.
