My dimond doves are really bored (atleast that’s what it looks like) they don’t like their swings nor are very playful with new sticks or stuff unlike my parrot. Is it ok for the pair to keep them selves happy?

Sometimes they will interact with the small, colorful plastic toys, especially with bells. Mainly they will peck at them. You can set up some foraging exercise for them like getting some fresh, clean timothy hay, put it in a shallow plate on the cage floor and mix seed or pellets into it so they have to search for the food. This is similar to how they feed in the wild since they are mainly ground feeders. Instead of using a large bowl, scatter small feeders around the cage at various heights to encourage more foraging. The main exercise they get in the wild is foraging for their food most of the day.
