Is my finch dead

My bird has been at the bottom of the cage puffed up the a few minutes ago I went to go check on her and she was laying there I don’t know what to I am scared she is dead and she is what caused it? She has food,water,toys, and a mirror I don’t know if she’s dead and if she is I don’t know what caused it

I’m sorry about your little bird. Finches can be very delicate. When you saw her puffed up on the cage floor, this was an indication she was sick. Birds will try to hide signs of illness, so when they finally act sick they have usually been sick for several days. There is no way to know for sure what happened unless you took her to the Vet.
