my female lutino laid an egg a week back also it’s likely that there is another egg to be laid as I see the swollen area. but she has not laid yet she is active and mating 3, to 4 times a day. is this all ok? Also, how can I know of illness or egg-bound condition?

An eggbound bird will look sick. She will sit fluffed up, generally with her tail pumping up and down. She will usually go to the cage floor and will be clearly miserable. She might try to look like she is OK if she sees you, but typically she will be weak and will need vet care as soon as possible.
