Zebra finch

My zebra finch has fledglings that are now eating on there own but the dad is still feeding them.the mum has laid two eggs in her feed bowl,what should I do?

Hi,

New eggs need to be discarded. The nest should always be removed as soon as the chicks leave it, so the parents will wean them. The parents also need to rest for a few months before you give them the nest again. As for the food bowl, get some smaller cups that she can’t sit in or use for a nest.
