Zebrafinch female – no infection in eyes but has become blind

Female finch 3 yrs old handfed quite healthy eats well vocalising but is blind from few months..can you please suggest nutrition so that she can regain her eyes

There may be nothing that can be done. But the best treatment is to take her to the vet to make sure there is not a solution.
