My dog managed to put a tooth into our African Gray in between the cage bar. It did bleed from the below the eye.
Since then the bird does not make any noise and is lethargic can’t seem to be able to keep his eyes opens and we noticed he hasn’t eaten or drank water. What do we do?

Please take your bird to an Avian vet immediately. Explain that this is an emergency and that he needs to be treated right away. Dogs & cats have bacteria in their mouths and it can cause an infection that will kill your bird. This can happen quickly, so you cannot wait a day or two because it will be too late. Based on your description, I feel like he needs to be seen as early as possible today.
