What are the best fruits and veggies for electus parrot?

You can offer most common fruits and veggies. Remove seeds and pits from fruits and wash all produce thoroughly. Do not offer eggplant or avocado. It’s best not to get too exotic unless you search on the internet to make sure the food is safe for parrots. Stick to dark leafy greens, apples,oranges, grapes, pears, berries, melons, squash, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, yams and so on – best options are organic foods grown in the US or in your country if you are not in the US.
