Parakeets

Can I have to Pairs in the same Cage to breed.

Answer:

Hi Helga,

Unless you have a large walk-in aviary, you need to only have one breeding pair in a cage or they will end up fighting and possibly killing each other. They will also raid each other’s nests and destroy eggs and kill chicks.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
