live on Martha’s Vineyard MAssachusetts and am having a really hard time trying to find a young SENEGAL parrot to ad to my family..i have all thre “”FIXINS” waiting and ready ..a nice large cage and in the summer i will spend plenty of time outside tethered to me and am looking forward to a wonderful life together (PROBLEM) i can not seem to find one in Massachusetts!!!!can you HELP ME PLEASE ????????????

Answer:

Hi Melissa,

We do not sell birds or keep a database of breeders. As far as taking a bird outside using a tether, never attach anything to a bird’s leg. There are flights vests that some owners use.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
