Can I get my cockatiel out of the cage in the night for an hour? I back to home from work in the evening and except weekend can’t manage to play with my lutino cockatiel in the day time. Will it disturb his sleeping cycle?

Pet birds do learn to adjust their schedule to what their humans do. Your bird will take naps when you are gone and will be ready to be handled when you are at home. Now if you handle him later in the evening 5 days a week, he is likely to expect the same schedule on the weekends. So be patient with him as they don’t always understand why the schedule is different two days per week. 🙂
