Sorry I’m writing back to back questions, the emergency vet hospital diagnosed her with a bacterial infection which caused her to be sick, the found it by taking a sample of her stool I hope that helps the gave her amoxicillin and Batril

This is one of the most common health problems with pet birds. Did you have medication to give her at home? If you were having to catch her with a towel to give her medication, then that can mess the feathers up. And the bird can feel like she needs to groom and preen the feathers to get them in place. Being able to see some pics will most likely give me a better idea of why the feathers look this way.
