Breeding

I zibra Finch lay egg and egg alrady hatched and going to finish 1 month.
Now when my bird will be ready to hatch next egg (Duration).

Answer:

Hi,

If your birds are nesting now, then after the chicks hatch and leave the nest, you need to take the nest away and rest the pair for a few months. It is not healthy for them to keep breeding without a break. In the wild, the weather would change and they would stop breeding until the next year. So in captivity, we have to take the nest away to make them rest. They only need a nest when they are breeding and laying eggs. You need to try to limit them to two clutches of chicks each year.
