Not sitting on eggs at night

My budgie not sitting on her eggs at night but I am not doing colony breeding I don’t know why she doing that and I am doing my best for her to keep him healthy so she sit on her eggs

Answer:

Hi Inex,

If this is the first time, this is normal. She needs time to learn. Once she is done with these eggs, remove the box, rest the pair for 6 months, and then let them try again. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries for a pair to get it right, and some never get it right. All you can do is give them privacy and see what happens.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
