finches breeding

i have 2 pairs of finches [both male and female] .i placed 2 breeding pots and nesting material in it past 25 days but still there is no egg laid by my female finches what must be the reason behind it?Diet is perfect too but whats the matter i can’t understand.Please help me to sort out by your answer dear helper.

If both pairs are in the same cage, that is the main issue. When breeding birds, you should only have one pair of birds per cage. Most birds get very territorial when breeding, and will not tolerate another pair in the same cage. Move one pair out an see if that helps
