My cockatiel has lost her feathers around her neck it what could be the problem you can see her neck other than tha she’s seems healthy

It sounds like either she has plucked her own feathers, or if she has a mate, he may have done it. As for why, if she did it, it can be very hard to diagnose the issue. Sometimes it is medical, but then becomes a habit. The Vet will start by running some tests. If her mate is doing this, he probably wants to breed and she isn’t interested.
