can liver issues cause parrots to have abnormal feather coloring?

Hi Chris,

Dr. Lamb confirmed that yes, this can be the case.  I will add that there can be other causes, and one or two odd feathers may not be cause for alarm, but when you are seeing a lot of odd colored feathers scattered around after a molt, you should definitely take you bird in for a Vet check to rule out a medical cause.
