Male Budgies both side finger missing

My male budgies’ both side fingers (thumb n little finger) are missing of left foot, might be some bite by lovebird. Will he be able to mate with female fellow, their bonding seems good from a month but didn’t mate yet 🙁

The male needs to have good balance for mating, so he may not be able to effectively mate. If the female accepts him, then all you can do is see if he can mate. Some birds will not accept a mate with this type flaw, so all you can do is wait and see if it works out.
