Mina birdd

My mina bird is loosing feather around his right eye and sometime this eye close by itself and the other eye is still open

Hi,

This sounds like an eye, sinus or respiratory infection – all of which can become serious without treatment. I would take him to an Avian Vet as soon as possible.
