I have recently gotten an African grey he is 6 years old and really beautiful and seems healthy. I just have one concern and that is that he keep skakig his head many many times. And I know they do that sometimes when something is stuck on his beak but he does it regardless even if there is nothing

He may be nervous or there is something near his cage he doesn’t like. Head shaking can also indicated an ear or sinus issue. If you are concerned he is sick, take him to an Avian Vet. Otherwise, see if you can tell what he looks at before he does this. Is there another pet in the home, a toy he doesn’t like, a food he doesn’t like? This sounds like he is disturbed by something.
