My female budgie making angry sound i don’t know why

Hi,

Female budgies often sound angry, but they just have a different sound than a male. They do like to chatter and fuss a lot, but usually it’s just the way they are. She might see something outside she doesn’t like, or maybe you added something new that she can see and she is chattering about it. Or she’s just chattering and fussing because female budgies do that.
