Outside smoke

Hi,if my neighbour burns some paper and cardboard,50feet away from my house,and I can smell it in my house with the windows open,will this kill my cockatiels?

It certainly isn’t healthy for them, and if this went on for a long time, regularly, it could cause health issues. If there was something they burned that emitted toxic fumes, then yes, it could possibly kill the birds. It’s best to close your windows when any burning is going on.
