Head shaking

My budgie had been shaking its head. Sometimes will be slow, sometimes it will be very fast. Is this a normal behavior?

It may or may not be. If this just started up, then the bird may have some type of infection or illness. The best thing to do is take him to an Avian Vet for a check up.
