Should i take out the egg

My bird lay 5 eggs 4 of the eggs hatch one didn’t the first egg was hatch may 13 my question is should I discharge the fifth egg

Hi,

Leave the egg in the nest. Something as simple as taking it out can upset the parents and make them abandon the nest. They will end up tossing the egg out at some point.
