Could I turn candles on at home with my sun conure being in the Livingroom

Hi,

I wouldn’t recommend this at all. Many candles have scents that are toxic to a bird. And candles are very dangerous to a bird that is out of the cage. If he flew through the candle or knocked one over, he would get burned initially, and then suffer more severe birds from the wax which would stick to his skin and feathers. You can find very realistic candles with an artificial flame that uses an LED and a battery.
